Article 3. Contributions
4.39.301 Employer contributions.
For each plan year the employer shall contribute to the trust the percentage of each participant’s compensation negotiated between the employer and the Berkeley Police Association and set forth in Appendix A. For the 2005 plan year, no contribution shall be made. The contribution for any plan year through 2014 for any participant shall not exceed $648.
