A participant who ceases active participation as set out in Section 4.39.202 shall be an inactive participant (and shall not be entitled to receive any contributions under the plan) until such time as they again become a police employee or until such time as the full amount of their account is distributed or transferred to SRIP II pursuant to this plan, or their date of death if earlier.
