4.39.112 Participant.
This section is included in your selections.
"Participant" shall mean each police employee who qualifies in the manner as set forth in Article 2 hereof. "Inactive participant" shall mean a person designated in Section 4.39.203 below. (Ord. 6837-NS § 1 (part), 2005)
