20.32.020 Permitted signs.
This section is included in your selections.
Except as otherwise provided in Section 20.32.050 and Chapter 20.36, the following signs shall be permitted in M districts:
A. On-premises signs as set forth in Section 20.32.030;
B. Off-premises signs;
C. Up to two temporary signs as follows:
1. One ground or wall real estate sign not exceeding fifty (50) square feet in sign area, no portion of which is higher than ten (10) feet above existing grade;
2. One ground or wall sign not exceeding one hundred (100) square feet in sign area, no portion of which is higher than twenty (20) feet above existing grade. (Ord. 7120-NS § 11 (part), 2009: Ord. 6424-NS § 1 (part), 1998)
