20.32.050 Special regulations applicable to properties in vicinity of public parks.

On any property in any M district any portion of the whole of which is within one hundred (100) feet of the exterior boundary of a public park, there shall be permitted only:
A. One on-premises sign that does not exceed one hundred (100) square feet in sign area, is not directly illuminated and does not move or flash; and
B. Directional signs for interior traffic control and building identification purposes that do not exceed fifteen (15) square feet in sign area, are not illuminated and do not move or flash. (Ord. 7120-NS § 11 (part), 2009: Ord. 6424-NS § 1 (part), 1998)
