A pictorial representation applied to and made an integral part of an exterior wall. A mural shall be considered a wall sign if it contains words, logos, trademarks or graphic representations of any person, product or service that identify or advertise a business, whether on the same premises or on another premises. Signatures shall be allowed and limited to a maximum of two square feet in size. Artist signatures shall be limited to the lesser of (A) a maximum of two square feet per signature, or (B) no more than five percent of the mural. (Ord. 7120-NS § 5 (part), 2009)
