A. Single space meter. It is unlawful for any person, other than the owner or operator of a vehicle, to deposit any coin in any parking meter without the knowledge or consent of said owner or operator of the vehicle using the parking space.

B. Pay-and-display stations. It is unlawful for any person, other than the owner or operator of a vehicle, to deposit any coin, or use a credit or debit card acceptable to the City, in any pay-and-display station without the knowledge or consent of said owner or operator of the vehicle using the parking space.
