The limit of parking time and the days and hours during which parking time limits shall apply on municipal off-street parking facilities shall be established by resolution of the City Council.

When appropriate signs or markings designating such parking time limits are in place giving notice thereof, it is unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to stop, stand or park said vehicle on any municipal off-street parking lot for longer than the permitted time.
