"Committee" shall mean the investment plans committee appointed under the provisions of Article 7 to administer this plan in accordance with its provisions. The committee shall be the plan administrator for the purposes of Section 3(16) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). (Ord. 6748-NS § 1, 2003)
