20.36.080 Prohibited signs.
This section is included in your selections.
Installation or erection of the following signs shall be prohibited at service stations:
A. Roof signs;
B. Wind signs;
C. Signs that rotate, flash, blink, dispense bubbles, or emit sounds; and
D. Strings of pennants, streamers, banners, twirlers, propellers, inflatable devices, or any similar attention-attracting devices. (Ord. 7120-NS § 12 (part), 2009: Ord. 6424-NS § 1 (part), 1998)
