A. The Chief of Police is hereby empowered to prepare or cause to be prepared a list setting forth by position, classification or job title those persons authorized to use or have access to CORPUS.

B. The Chief of Police is further empowered to prepare or cause to be prepared a list of persons or law enforcement agencies authorized to receive CORPUS information or data obtained from the City’s CORPUS computer terminal.

C. The lists referred to in subsections A and B above, along with an explicit, written warning regarding the use of such information or data, shall be posted on or affixed to CORPUS data processing equipment in a manner designed to inform persons of the existence of this prohibitory chapter and the limitations and penalties contained herein.
