A. "CORPUS" means the Alameda County Criminal Oriented Records Production System, which system is a computerized record and automated data processing system containing confidential information for law enforcement purposes.

B. "Person" means an individual, group, association, organization, corporation or any combination of the foregoing.

C. "Unauthorized access" means the act or attempted act of obtaining information or data from the City’s CORPUS computer terminal by any person not authorized to do so by the Chief of Police.

D. "Unauthorized dissemination" means the wilful delivery or provision of CORPUS information or data from the City’s CORPUS computer terminal, or the attempted delivery or provision of such information or data, by any person authorized or not authorized to obtain such information or data to any person not authorized to receive such information or data.
