2.46.050 Human Resources Department--Persons authorized to act when Director of Human Resources absent or disabled.

In the case of the absence or disability of the Director of Human Resources, the Deputy Director of Human Resources shall perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Director of Human Resources. In the case of the absence or disability of both the Director of Human Resources and the Deputy Director of Human Resources, an employee of the City designated by the City Manager shall perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Director of Human Resources.
