In case of the absence or disability of the Director of Finance, the Assistant Director of Finance shall perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Director of Finance. In case of the absence or disability of both the Director of Finance and the Assistant Director of Finance, the Deputy City Manager shall appoint an employee as Acting Director of Finance who shall perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Director of Finance.
