1. Every person, firm, corporation or entity desiring to construct a new connection for sewer services to the City's sanitary sewer system shall pay a connection fee in the amount as established by City Council resolution, per dwelling unit served by the connection.

1. Every person, firm, corporation, or entity desiring to construct a new connection for sewer services to the City's sanitary sewer system not included in subsection (A)(1) above shall pay a connection fee as determined by assistant City engineer based upon the volume of water discharging from such premises from any source flows into the sanitary sewers computed on an equivalent basis of that for a single family residential unit.
