A. Sanitary sewer connection fees shall be paid directly to the City and shall be paid before any type of building or construction permit is granted to the real property served by the connection to the City sewer.

B. Monies collected from the fees as herein set forth shall be placed in the Sewer Rehabilitation, Replacement and Relief Sewer Account of the Sanitary Sewer Operation, Maintenance and Replacement Fund. The amounts so deposited shall be reserved for expenditures appropriate to that account. (Ord. 6257-NS § 2 (part), 1994)
