The official base described in Section 16.08.010 hereof, is also one hundred one and 43/100 (101.43) feet below the top of a brass plug set in a concrete monument located twelve feet north of the centerline of University Avenue, and twenty-five feet east of the western line of Sacramento Street, as said avenue and street are shown and delineated on that certain map entitled "Map of the Shaw Tract," filed for record in the office of the county recorder of the county of Alameda, state of California, on the third day of March, 1877.
