10.12.030 Animals at large prohibited--Boundaries of public streets and places defined.

The boundaries of the public streets and places mentioned in Section 10.12.020, within the meaning of this chapter, shall be the property lines on the sides thereof, and the sidewalks along said streets, and all public places, parks and playgrounds are subject to the provisions and within the meaning of this chapter.
