This chapter shall be administered and enforced by the Chief of Police. They are authorized to make inspections of alarm systems and of the premises whereon said systems are located. They are further empowered to make and enforce such rules and regulations as are necessary to implement the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 5377-NS § 11, 1981)
