In accordance with paragraph (1) of subsection (d) of Section 4612 of the California Business and Professions Code, a Massage Establishment shall be subject to reasonable inspections during regular business hours for the purpose of ensuring compliance with this Chapter, Chapter 10.5 (commencing with Section 4600) of Division 2 of the California Business and Professions Code and applicable building, fire, electrical, plumbing or health regulations.
