A. An applicant or permittee may appeal to the City Manager any decision to deny an application for a permit or suspending or revoking a permit.

B. The appeal shall be made in writing, specifying the grounds therefor, and filed with the City Manager, no later than 10 days after notice of said decision is provided to the appellant. The decision of the City Manager shall be final. (Ord. 7152-NS § 1 (part), 2010)
