The permittee shall maintain the bingo permit, lists of approved staff and accounting documents relating to all monies collected, disbursed and distributed, and shall make them available to the Finance Department for inspection at all reasonable times, including but not limited to, during any bingo game and during the permittee’s normal business hours.
