9.18.060 Bingo operations at secondary locations--Additional application requirements.

A. An eligible organization may apply for a permit to operate a bingo game at a secondary location.
B. An application for a permit to operate a bingo game at a secondary location shall include the following information, in addition to that required by Section 9.18.050:
1. The address where bingo games are proposed to be conducted; and
2. A copy of the lease or rental or other agreement under which the applicant will use the secondary location for bingo. (Ord. 7152-NS § 1 (part), 2010)
