A. Only eligible organizations may apply for or obtain a permit to conduct bingo games under this chapter.

B. Eligible organizations may operate bingo games solely for their charitable purposes.

C. An applicant shall immediately inform the Director of Finance of any change in its tax exempt status. (Ord. 7152-NS § 1 (part), 2010)
