9.18.010 Permit required--Statutory authority.

A. No person may operate a bingo game in the City of Berkeley except pursuant to a permit under this chapter.
B. This chapter relating to bingo games for charity is enacted pursuant to Section 19 of Article 4 of the state constitution and the implementing provisions of Section 326.5 of the California Penal Code. (Ord. 7152-NS § 1 (part), 2010)
