The City may charge participating institutions application, commitment, financing and other fees, in offer to recover all administrative and other costs and expenses incurred in the exercise of the powers and duties conferred by this chapter. (Ord. 6153-NS § 10, 1992: Ord. 5491-NS § 1 (part), 1982)
