A. The City Manager or their designee may promulgate regulations for the reservation and rental of exclusive use facilities in all parks.

B. "Exclusive use facilities" means facilities and improvements in parks which, by their nature, or due to their function, can only be used by one person or group at a time, and the use of which must accordingly be allocated. Such facilities include, but are not limited to, picnic tables and cooking facilities, but exclude play equipment and sanitary facilities. (Ord. 6964-NS § 2, 2007: Ord. 6579-NS § 4, 2000)
