6.28.340 Garbage dump--Vehicle speed limits.

Subject to the provisions of Section 6.28.330, it shall be lawful for the driver of a vehicle to drive in or upon the approaches to the City of Berkeley garbage dump at a speed not exceeding fifteen miles per hour. (Ord. 2675-NS § 5, 1945: Ord. 2282-NS § 4.1, 1939)
