No person shall stop, park or leave standing any vehicle in the Berkeley Yacht Harbor, whether attended or unattended, in the area near the junction of the Berkeley Municipal Pier and the south levee, such area being bounded as follows: On the east by the warehouse of the Municipal Wharf, on the north by the yacht harbor service station, on the west by the east line of the office of the Berkeley Yacht Harbor and such line continued, and on the south by the north line of the Berkeley Municipal Pier.
