6.28.240 Berkeley Yacht Harbor--Stopping, standing or parking--Prohibited from East Shore Highway westerly to entrance.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, it is unlawful for any person to stop, park or leave standing any vehicle, whether attended or unattended, on the paved portion of the filled area used as a detour from the East Shore Highway westerly to the entrance to the Berkeley Yacht Harbor.
