It is unlawful for any child under the age of 16 years to go, remain, or be upon any of the docks, gangways, floats or vessels in the Berkeley Marina, unless such child is accompanied by a parent or other adult person, or unless such child has the written permission of the owner of any vessel located at the marina to go upon such vessel.
