Floats, gangways, tops of lockers and docks shall be kept clear at all times of skiffs, dinghies, boat gear, debris, hazardous or flammable materials, and other equipment. Only boarding steps approved by the Harbormaster are permitted on the docks. No boarding step shall be more than 18 inches wide and three feet long, unless written permission is obtained from the Harbormaster upon their determination that steps exceeding these measurements are necessary. Boarding steps shall be easily movable, and shall not be used as a storage locker and may not obstruct passage on any dock or float. (Ord. 6925-NS § 1 (part), 2006: Ord. 6645-NS § 1, 2001)
