"Cemetery," for purposes of Section 6.16.020, is defined as a place used and intended to be used for the permanent interment of the human dead. It may be either a burial park for earth interment, a mausoleum for vault or crypt interment, a crematory, a columbarium, or a crematory and columbarium for cinerary interment, or a combination of one or more thereof.
