The Berkeley Cable Television Task Force shall consist of nine members appointed according to the requirements of Sections 2.04.030 through 2.04.130 of the Berkeley Municipal Code. The task force membership is to be represented by a variety of persons with expertise in matters concerning cable television, public access, telecommunications and education, as well as consumers of public television. If possible, at least sixty percent of the task force membership (or six of nine members) should be appointed because of specific expertise in the areas relevant hereto. (Ord. 5843-NS § 2, 1987)
