This chapter defines terms and phrases used in the Zoning Ordinance that are technical or specialized, or which may not reflect common usage. If any definitions in this chapter conflict with others in the Municipal Code, these definitions control in the Zoning Ordinance. If a word is not defined in the Zoning Ordinance, the Zoning Officer determines the appropriate definition. (Ord. 7787-NS § 2 (Exh. A), 2021)
