The tentative map shall be considered for filing only when such map conforms to Section 21.16.020 and when all accompanying data or reports, as required by Section 21.16.030, have been submitted and accepted by the Planning Director as completed and correct. Within thirty calendar days after receipt of an application for a tentative map, the Planning Director shall inform the applicant in writing whether such application is complete. In the event the application is determined not complete, the Planning Director shall specify those parts of the application that are incomplete and the manner in which they can be made complete.
