All seized drug-related funds shall be kept in the custody of the Police Department pursuant to Berkeley Municipal Code Section 2.64.90. Seized drug-related funds shall be kept to a minimum of one year and ninety days from the date of seizure of the funds. (Ord. 6135-NS § 2, 1992)
