2.74.040 Functions.
This section is included in your selections.

The functions of the Parks, Recreation and Waterfront Department shall include:

A. Landscaping and maintenance of parks and all other public areas;

B. Maintenance and operation of the Berkeley Marina;

C. Administration and management of the camps and recreation programs;

D. The performance of such other functions as may be assigned by the City Manager, or prescribed by ordinance of the Council or by applicable state law. (Ord. 6654-NS § 2, 2001)
