The Fire Chief shall be responsible for the supervision and control of all divisions of the department and for the performance of the functions herein assigned to the department. The Fire Chief shall be ex officio fire marshal. The Fire Chief shall have control and management of all officers, members, equipment and functions of the Fire Department.
