2.64.160 Marijuana--Enforcement priority and arrest authorization required.

A. The Police Department shall give lowest priority to enforcement of the laws against possession, use and cultivation of marijuana.
B. The Police Department shall make no arrests for the possession, use or cultivation of marijuana without the authorization of the City Council. (Ord. 4642-NS (part), 1973)
