In the absence or disability of the City Attorney, the Deputy City Attorney shall perform the duties and exercise the powers of the City Attorney. In case of the absence or disability of both the City Attorney and the Deputy City Attorney, the City Manager shall appoint an employee as Acting City Attorney who shall perform the duties and exercise the duties and powers of the City Attorney.
