A City Manager’s Department is created, which shall be under the direct control and management of the City Manager, and shall consist of the City Manager and such other employees as the City Manager may assign to the department. (Ord. 5434-NS § 2 (part), 1982: Ord. 3069-NS § 2.01, 1949)
