The City Engineer may extend the time to conduct any repairs or other work under Section 17.24.120, if they make a written determination that compliance is infeasible and stating the reasons for that determination. In such cases, the owner shall record a Notice of Limitation on the affected property using a form approved by the City, which states the deadline by which any repairs or other work shall be completed.
