16.44.040 Requirements applying to new and pre-existing newsracks.
This section is included in your selections.
A. All newsracks installed on or after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall comply with all the provisions of this chapter.
B. For twelve months after the effective date of said chapter, existing newsracks installed prior to its effective date need not comply with subdivisions (A), (C), (D), (E) and (F) of Section 16.44.070 of this chapter. (Ord. 6471-NS § 1(4), 1999)
