For the purposes of this chapter, the definitions set forth in Chapter 16.40 shall apply. "Commercial Area" means all areas of the City designated in the Zoning Ordinance with a "C" prefix, except the area regulated by Chapter 16.40. (Ord. 6471-NS § 1(2), 1999)
