16.40.050 Requirements applying to new newsracks installed on or after effective date of this chapter.

New newsracks installed on or after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall comply with all the provisions of this chapter, including but not limited to the requirements of Section 16.04.060 governing permits, Sections 16.40.070 and 16.40.080 governing location, Section 16.40.090 governing design, Section 16.40.100 governing maintenance, Section 16.40.110 prohibiting abandonment, and Section 16.40.120 regulating removal.
