Each permittee installing, constructing, or maintaining underground facilities, such as pipes, wires, conduits, or similar structures under a permit granted pursuant to this chapter shall maintain accurate and complete maps of location, depth, size, and character of such facilities, and shall furnish, at no cost to the City, copies of said map to the Assistant City Manager for Public Works upon their demand.
