The permittee shall obey and enforce all safety orders, rules, regulations, and recommendations of the Department of Industrial Relations of the state of California, CAL-OSHA, applicable to the work and shall comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, codes, and regulations. Any omission on the part of the Assistant City Manager for Public Works to specify protective measures or devices in the permit shall not excuse the permittee from complying with all applicable requirements of law.
