Improvement plans prepared by or under the direction of a registered civil engineer may be required by the Assistant City Manager for Public Works when deemed necessary. The form and content of all plans shall be in accordance with the standards of the Public Works Department and standard engineering practice. When required by the Assistant City Manager for Public Works, the permittee shall provide detailed engineering calculations for which the design of any public improvements are based.
