The Council hereby also declares that the cost of constructing and maintaining the malls authorized by this resolution shall be paid for by Alta Bates Hospital and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Alta Bates Hospital to carry out the provisions of this section, such contract to be in substantially the same form as Attachment 1 hereto.
